«شیرین» کارگاه شیرینی‌پزی ایرانی در دورتموند است، در کایزراشتراسه، و از سال ۱۹۸۹ کار می‌کند. نان برنجی، نان گردویی، نان کشمشی، نان نخودچی، کلمپه، باقلوا با گلاب، شیرینی نارگیلی و پیچه‌گردو می‌پزد و ژلهٔ گل هم دارد. جعبهٔ مخلوط و بسته‌بندی کادویی دارد و از فروشگاه اینترنتی خودش به سراسر آلمان می‌فرستد.
